Fiordi Nuraj is the Managing Partner of PPG, where he leads the firm’s investment strategy, project oversight, and execution across residential and commercial real estate initiatives. He brings a disciplined, operator-focused approach to evaluating opportunities, managing complex projects, and driving value throughout the investment lifecycle.

Before joining PPG, Mr. Nuraj served as a Vice President at a New York City real estate company, where he oversaw asset management, lease negotiations, project management, and day-to-day operations across a diverse property portfolio. He also played a key role in conducting due diligence and underwriting for new acquisitions.

With more than a decade of experience in the real estate sector, Mr. Nuraj has directed the leasing, construction, and operational management of over 500,000 square feet of property. His background spans development, repositioning, and hands-on ownership operations, bringing a comprehensive and pragmatic perspective to PPG’s growing platform.
