Abe Kovaci is the Managing Director of PPG, where he oversees project execution, operational strategy, and development initiatives across the firm’s residential and commercial portfolio. He brings a solutions-driven approach to project management, compliance, and infrastructure improvement, shaped by extensive experience in both public and private sector environments.

Before joining PPG, Mr. Kovaci served as a Director at the New York City Transit Authority, where he managed major initiatives within the agency’s Capital Program Management division. During his tenure, he played a key role in advancing the MTA’s ADA program, contributing to system-wide accessibility improvements and regulatory compliance across multiple stations and facilities.

Mr. Kovaci holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Berkeley College in New York. His combined background in capital project delivery, regulatory oversight, and urban infrastructure informs the disciplined and practical leadership he brings to PPG.
