Edgar Tochimani is the Director of Acquisitions at PPG, where he leads deal sourcing, underwriting, and investment analysis across residential and commercial opportunities. He brings more than a decade of experience in structuring and executing complex real estate transactions, with a strong focus on credit, development, and value-add strategies.

Mr. Tochimani has originated and evaluated over $1.3 billion in bridge and construction financing opportunities and has negotiated and closed more than $470 million in transactions spanning hospitality, multifamily, mixed-use, and build-to-rent sectors. His expertise includes financial modeling, due diligence leadership, capital structuring, and end-to-end transaction management.

He holds a BBA in Finance with a minor in Real Estate from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business. Edgar brings a rigorous, analytics-driven perspective to PPG’s investment platform, supporting the firm’s disciplined approach to identifying and executing high-quality acquisitions.
