Mario Papajani is the Director of Marketing at PPG, where he leads the firm’s brand strategy, communications, and pursuit operations across all business lines. He specializes in shaping market positioning, crafting high-impact narratives for development and investment opportunities, and directing proposal efforts that support PPG’s long-term growth and competitive advantage.
Mr. Papajani has overseen marketing strategies and pursuit campaigns that have contributed to more than $1.2 billion in awarded work across New York City. His experience spans complex residential conversions, ground-up developments, film and studio facilities, logistics hubs, and mixed-use projects. He is recognized for his ability to translate technical project details into clear, compelling messaging that resonates with investors, partners, and stakeholders.
Beyond pursuit leadership, Mr. Papajani builds cohesive brand identities across digital and print platforms, produces executive-level presentations, and manages award submissions, thought-leadership initiatives, and community engagement programs. His multidisciplinary background—spanning construction marketing, digital strategy, data analytics, and communications—enables him to integrate storytelling, strategy, and visual design into a unified marketing approach.
Mr. Papajani holds an M.S. in Information Systems and a B.B.A. in International Business from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business, where he also completed advanced coursework in data analytics and marketing.
