A joint venture among United American Land, Dreamscape Retail & Entertainment, and The Jackson Group has unveiled plans for a project called BKX — a large-scale commercial redevelopment of the former Macy’s department store at 422 Fulton Street. The five-story building will be converted into a 440,000-square-foot mixed-use destination incorporating flagship retail, immersive entertainment, hospitality, dining, and cultural programming. Experiential design firm iCrave collaborated with Dreamscape on the interior concept, which centers on a prominent atrium intended to serve as the complex’s primary communal gathering space.
