Ventures
From the mechanical systems inside a building to the AI that reimagines it, ParkPoint invests in the companies that make real estate work harder.
Square2 Construction proved the thesis: own the execution, own the margin. Ventures extends that idea across the real estate value chain, one operating company at a time.
The companies we're growing right now
Square2 is the group's construction arm and the proof that the model works. The team handles pre-construction, construction, and program management across New York, on projects ranging from flagship retail for Swarovski and Zara to fit-outs for NYU, Mount Sinai, and One SoHo Square. Owning the build keeps ParkPoint's execution in-house.
Dynamic HVAC has handled installation, service, and retrofit across Manhattan since 2019. Keeping this work in-house gives ParkPoint direct control over the systems that keep a building running and its tenants comfortable.
KREETE makes premium safety footwear, named after the surface it stands on. The design takes its cues from athletic brands, with matte black uppers on a signature orange sole, built for the professionals on our own job sites. The ambition is simple: become America's number one construction shoe.
StitchTop is roofing without the runaround. Homeowners get an instant, transparent estimate up front, then a modern crew that finishes the job tight from deck to ridge. A new roof should start with a real number, not a week of phone tag.
Snap a photo of a space, pick a style, and BowerBird's AI shows you the renovation along with tiered cost estimates. Owners see what a project will look like, and what it will cost, before they commit.
