The facility, which has served the community since 1988, offers gymnastics and cheerleading programming for children and adults. The new space was selected for its high ceilings, flexible floor plan, drive-in door, mezzanine office area, and on-site parking. The search, led by NAI James E. Hanson brokers Jessica Curry and Andrew Somple on behalf of the tenant, spanned approximately one year before landing on a site minutes from Route 4 and Interstate 80.
