According to Real Estate NJ, National Integrity Title Agency has opened a dedicated Pennsylvania headquarters in Bryn Mawr, marking a formal expansion beyond the firm’s existing base in Marlton, New Jersey. The new office, situated within the Rosemont Business Campus at 919 Conestoga Road, occupies 1,500 square feet and is staffed by a five-member team. The location is positioned to deliver commercial and residential title insurance and settlement services across Philadelphia, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery counties. Founded in 1992 and acquired in 2015 by CEO George E. Duffield Sr. and President Fran Turchi, the firm has since grown to more than 40 employees across offices in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Florida.
ParkPoint Perspective
A regional title agency formalizing its Pennsylvania footprint is a modest but legible signal of sustained transactional activity across the Philadelphia-area suburban counties. Title providers typically scale infrastructure in response to realized or anticipated deal volume — not ahead of it. For investors tracking closing pipeline depth in the South Jersey–Southeast Pennsylvania corridor, this kind of operational buildout suggests the market continues to support meaningful residential and commercial activity, even in a higher-rate environment where transaction counts elsewhere have compressed.
