A completed renovation and expansion has modernized one of northern New Jersey’s established auto dealerships, Real Estate NJ reports. REDCOM Design & Construction, based in Westfield, served as design-build contractor for the full scope of work at Garden State Honda, located at 800 Route 3 in Clifton. The project encompassed a brand refresh and functional upgrades to the existing 80,365-square-foot facility, along with a new 10,444-square-foot addition. Among the targeted improvements was a heated ramp connecting to the parking deck, intended to improve operational flow and the on-site experience for both customers and staff. REDCOM CEO Ryan Teicher described the firm’s role as spanning every phase of the project from design through construction completion.
